An Odd Play for the City of Pittsburgh

From our government:

While we cannot go back and right the wrongs that occurred over those days and weeks, we can make sure that the City is never paralyzed again by a predictable and manageable snow event like the one that hit us on February 5th, 2010.

The final report will be issued toward the beginning of May, and it will be an attempt at an impartial, non-political, and – above all – useful critique of our City’s emergency operations so that we may best change these systems and prepare ourselves for the next natural disaster that we may face.

Until May happens, give them your perspective and ideas.
